False Reports: Submitting false reports may result in penalties, including restrictions from using our platform.

Complaint Handling: Reports will be reviewed within 48 hours. If a Listed store is found violating policies, appropriate actions will be taken, including warnings, suspension, or removal.

Follow-ups: You may receive a follow-up email for further clarification regarding your report.

For Online Store/Business Owners

Honest Business Practices: Listed Store owners must conduct transactions with integrity, transparency, and professionalism.

No Fraud or Abuse: Any fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of platform rules will lead to penalties, including warnings, suspension, or permanent removal from the marketplace.

Order Fulfillment: Listed Sellers must provide the agreed-upon product or service before requesting payment.

Dispute Resolution: If a buyer reports an issue, sellers must cooperate in resolving disputes promptly.

Accountability: If your Listed store is reported for fraud, abuse, or other violations, it will be investigated. Proven violations will lead to appropriate actions, such as temporary suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

Fair Use Policy: Any attempts to manipulate reviews, mislead buyers, or exploit platform policies will result in penalties.
